Dulce Lash Lounge schedules by appointment only.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and we request that you please review our cancellation policy.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice. If you need to cancel your appointment please call the location in which your appointment is scheduled.

Email cancellations are not accepted.

More than 24 hours notice: Service will be cancelled at no charge

Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the service price will be charged

No-show or Same day cancellation: 100% of service price will be charged.

A same day Groupon or Living Social cancellation or no show will result in the voucher being face value only.

Your timely arrival is appreciated.

ATTENTION LASH LIFT & TINT CLIENTS; due to this service being a timed chemical process, we request that clients arrive on time. If you are running more than 10 minutes behind we will have to reschedule your appointment and you will be required to pay 50% of the service charge.
