Angela Bourgette-Green is a licensed esthetician, entrepreneur, and founder of Dulce Lash & Skin Lounge. After beginning her career in sales and marketing, she earned her esthetics license in 2003 and was among the earliest artists to introduce lash extensions to the U.S. market in 2004.
In 2010, she launched Dulce- one of the first dedicated “Lash Lounge” concepts in the region and redefining what a specialty beauty studio could be. What began as a single location has since expanded to five thriving locations, including Dulce Bellevue, now a Medical Spa partnering with leading plastic surgeons and offering advanced aesthetic treatments.
Angela is also the founder of Âme Beauty Co, originally created as a professional lash product line and training academy. Today, Âme has evolved into a comprehensive skin, body, and haircare brand serving both professionals and consumers.
Beyond growth and accolades, Angela is most proud of the culture she has built- one rooted in mentorship and empowerment. She has assisted many former Dulce artists to launch their own successful businesses, and several have become business partners- including her co-owner at Dulce Issaquah and Sumner.
Her most meaningful partnership, however, is with her daughter, Diondra, who is now co-owner of Dulce Seattle. Having grown up alongside the business, Diondra has been part of the Dulce journey from the very beginning. Angela is incredibly proud of the leader she has become and the vision, creativity, and strength she brings to the brand. Building alongside her daughter and watching her help shape the next chapter of Dulce is one of Angela’s greatest accomplishments.

I knew early on that I wanted a career in the beauty industry. I obtained my esthetics license in 1997. I’ve worked in different salons and day spa and have focused on lash extensions for the last decade. I’ve experienced owning a lash studio and have lead lash training. I was excited to partner with Angela and became Co-Owner of our Issaquah location in 2021 and our newest location, Lake Tapps.One of the best decisions I’ve ever made was to pursue my passion for skincare and beauty to work as an esthetician. This decision has provided me with the most rewarding career. I am passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and love building relationships with them. Our focus is customer service. I am incredibly grateful to work with other estheticians who are committed to the beauty industry and have chosen a career that touches people in a positive way by helping them look and feel better each and every day.

Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve had a strong desire to help people out. I grew up surrounded by beautiful women, whose work within the beauty industry helped inspire me to eventually set out on my own journey. knew what the inside of a salon looked like before entering junior high, it was only natural for me to take this connection further by attending beauty school. As a graduate of Evergreen Beauty College in 2020, my career started out rocky as my first challenge was overcoming a pandemic that left many Salons on hold.
Despite this, I persevered and never quit on my ambitions as I gained even more skills within this industry. I received my esthetician license and soon after I would receive further certification in sugaring. My biggest satisfaction comes from putting a smile on my customers’ faces and providing a service with amazing benefits. I specialize in natural lash looks and doing a Sugar Brazilian in 10 minutes.
When I’m not busy working away, some of my favorite pastimes include rewatching 2000’s romcoms, going home to my three baby dogs, and learning more about my car.
